COMPANY PROFILE

Master Ports cc was established in 1989 and bought by Sam Zaayman in 1991, with a starting staff of 6, building primarily carports, pergolas and patio roofs. Sam, with a structural design background built their first deck in 1992 and the subsequent demand forced the birth of Master Decks. This Company grew in strength and size to become the recognized specialist in its field as it is known today. The long standing staff compliment bears a massive amount of firsthand experience as school fees were paid over the years. Stagnation is curbed by a continued effort to renew ideas and designs and to keep on top of new technology and materials.

Master Deck’s office and stores is situated in Ottery behind the Royal Cape Golf Club and the warehouse in Ottery industrial. The infrastructure caters for Mrs. Homeowner to Building Contractors to Mr. big Developer, with all safety training and procedures in place. All the relevant compliances and registrations with WCA, SARS, UIF, BEEE and Consumer Protection are up to date. As a recognized specialist in wooden decks, Architects seeks advice on a regular basis.

Sam has put a high value on service and integrity. Master Decks is well known by numerous Building Contractors and Architects as a Company who plan properly, get in and get out in the time promised and to get it right the first time. Special attention to detail is a huge strength. Master Decks has so much faith in their product and quality that they do NOT require deposits from domestic clients.
